Purchased a hot tub here from Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked what “We” wanted. He didn’t try to push us on a tub without wanting to know our needs. Unlike all the other places. After we told him what we were looking for and what features we wanted or didn’t care for, he showed us what hot tubs fit our criteria. After selecting a hot tub, Sam gave us different options on water treatment, and again, let us choose what we wanted. Sam’s price included everything we wanted. Hot tub delivery and set up, cover, stairs, and chemical start up. All from his own guys, not some 3rd party company. After the hot tub was installed, we had a minor issue which Sam worked quickly to resolve. I would definitely recommend Southwest Hot Tub warehouse to anyone looking for a hot tub. If you walk into a store and they start showing you tubs before asking what “YOU” want, walk out. They’re just looking for commission. Thanks again Sam!

HIGHLY recommend. Very knowledgeable and helpful in picking and building the perfect spa for us! We had special delivery requirements (crane needed to lift spa over our 2 story house) and they were so helpful in helping with that too! We have had our spa since 9/2019 and enjoy it almost every day with no problems. Thank you!!

Love our new eco spa! We got the 2 person 120 volt and it fits perfect in our new yard and works great. Nate & Troy made the delivery, install and start up process a breeze. Already recommended you to several neighbors.

Nate was the installer for my Hot Tub - Love the tub - Nate did an awesome job - I wanted to say thank you because a lot of places nowadays don't know how to treat a customer. Good job guys!!! Keep up the good work.
